1.

We reserve the right to terminate any accounts, where in the
view of Titan Inet's staff, the user has made inappropriate
or unacceptable use of our services.
|

|
2.
|
We
bear no responsibility for any data loaded to, or held, on
our customer's accounts or our servers. We do not have the
resources to monitor all data held on our servers. However,
should the proper authorities inform us, we will suspend service
on accounts or servers until the material is removed.
|
|
|
3.
|
In the event of an interruption of service, we will endeavour
to restore service as quickly as possible. However we will
not be held responsible for any interruption of service, and
we accept no liability for any loss of services or any other
form of loss.
|
|
|
4.
|
We
reserve the right to refuse to provide a service to an applicant
whose planned Internet presence/activities are deemed to have
the potential of creating negative impact on our ability to
serve our customers.
|
|
|
5.
|
Inappropriate or unacceptable usage includes:
|
|
|
Providing
copyrighted materials without authorisation. Providing obscene
or offensive materials (e.g. pornography).
Providing
materials whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability
of Titan Inet to serve our customers effectively (instances
including but not limited to: unreasonable consumption of disk
space, bandwidth usage, CPU and memory usage, as determined
by Titan Inet staff.
Providing
materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the
Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the government
authorities as inappropriate or illegal (Any such government
determinations will be binding on the customer, not Titan Inet.
Performing
any actions that may be damaging to Titan Inet or employees
thereof. |

6.
|
The customer will fully indemnify Titan Inet against liability
(of any nature) which may befall Titan Inet as a result of
the customer's legal or illegal use of the services provided.
|
|
|
7.
|
It is company policy not to provide refunds to customers under
any circumstances.
|
|
|
8.
|
No
IRC connections may be made at any time.
|
|
|
9.
|
Spamming
or any type of UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-Mail), is strictly
prohibited, and the customer's account may be closed immediately
if the customer is found to be performing such actions.
|
|
|
10.
|
The
cancellation period for termination of any provided services
is 30 days, in writing from the customer. Failure to give
notice 30 days before renewal date will result in the customer
being invoiced for the next full term.
|
|
|
11.
|
Failure to abide by any of the terms and conditions contained
in this document will result in termination of service, at
the discretion of Titan Inet's staff, without warning or refund.
|
|
|
12.
|
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at
any time, and without prior notice. The current terms and

It is the customer's responsibility to check this page periodically
to ensure compliance.
